We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A RAID, return authorization identification number will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Most orders are shipped via UPS/USPS/FedEx within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. All orders $70 or more automatically qualify for free shipping. U.S. Shipping Only Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.  

Track Your Order Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice. Foula Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
