We take your health and safety seriously! In light of COVID-19, our policies and procedures have changed. Please carefully familiarize yourself with our updated policies to prepare for your first reservation. We can’t wait to see you again!

Reservations Required for All: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins or extra guests in order to adhere to distancing requirements. Please make an reservation and bring only yourself. Consider it an opportunity for real “you” time!

Cancellations: Because of our low capacity and high demand, no shows and changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time will incur a late fee of 100% of the service cost to cover the time and opportunity cost for your stylist. If this is not paid, we are unable to book a future reservation for you. The good news? You’re welcome to change or cancel at no charge up until 24 hours in advance. By providing us 24 hours notice, we can hopefully accommodate clients on our wait list. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Digital Paperwork: We kindly ask all clients complete our Pandemic Consent forms before their reservations. Please note: the Assumption of Risk form must be completed within 24 hours of your reservation.

Be Healthy: We ask that you only join us if you’re feeling well. If you are ill, let us know as soon as possible. Reservations are in high demand, and we would like to be able to accommodate clients on our waitlist.
We will continually monitor all stylist's health condition and routinely clean, sanitize and disinfect each station before and after each client in accordance with CDC and HHS guidelines.
Also, we have a new salon policy to ensure everyone can safely enjoy our services. Please follow the below guidelines during your appointment.
-Please wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth during your appointment.
-Please cancel your appointment if you have symptoms.
-We will take ALL clients’ temperature at arrivals.
-Due to social distancing requirements, clients are not permitted to bring guests to their appointment.
-Please arrive to the salon on-time to ensure that stylists have enough time to disinfect stations between each client.
*We cannnot guarantee your appointment if you're more than 10 minutes late.
-Please wait outside as the state requires all clients to do so. We will buzz you in when the technician is ready for you.
-Please ask questions in advance via email or text to minimize physical interactions as much as possible.
